ClickUp – Manage Teams & Tasks 2023 was great when I started using it. If you only use a computer, it might be a great service. However, every update creates new glitches, especially on mobile. Then tech support gives you the run around while they take two months to fix issues they create. They never follow up, even after multiple reports. Even today, they emailed me more excuses about not giving a timeline on an issue I reported in November.
Overall it is a good app. However, I keep turning on columns on the Gantt view, and they stubbornly keep disappearing. Worst of all, “Reschedule dependencies” almost always turns itself off. I have many Gantt, and before I do anything, I have to add columns and turn on rescheduled dependencies. What a nightmare… I am getting fed up with this. I reached out to help a couple of days ago, but nobody has gotten back…
